I’ve been putting off this post for when the euphoria had worn off a little after the weekend’s victory over Chelsea but it’s midweek, Liverpool are about to cement their spot on top of the Premiership with a victory over Portsmouth. Hopefully Hull will continue their good run by beating Chelsea themselves and it’ll be a perfect football night if Spurs and Middlesbrough can raise their games to beat Arsenal and Man United respectively.
On realising that the game won’t be on TV or 5Live I started trying to think how I could keep tabs on the game and once again the BBC have come through. I’ve three two online options: 1) BBC Live text updates, 2) Final Score streamed live or 3) use BBC iPlayer to listen to Merseyside Radio’s coverage. I may not have enjoyed working for the BBC but I still love them. The downside of the latter meant I had to install Realplayer (which I don’t like) but it’s a small price to play. (tip if you are installing real player use the one on the BBC site as it works better).
Update: They don’t play the matches out online
